Pay range: $110,000 to $125,000 per annum plus super
About the role:
The successful applicant will liaise with organisations within both the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and government to contribute to the planning and delivery of cancer programs and policy initiatives.
Duties
- represent the organisation at meetings, conferences, seminars, and with the public to discuss and contribute to the planning and delivery of cancer programs
- undertake data analysis, research and conduct horizon scanning activities to inform cancer program planning and delivery
- prepare high-quality written information, including project reporting and workforce training materials, tailored for a wide variety of audiences
- supervise and support the team across a broad range of activities lead grant management processes and secretariat duties of the Cancer Team to support the work
Required experience/skills
- experience at level in a similar organisation is essential
- demonstrated experience managing staff and teams a strong background in public, social and/or health policy and/or programs
