Salary: Basic - RM 3800 + RM 200 (Housing allowance) = RM 4000

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our banking services, specifically catering to Singapore customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for Singapore customers, assisting them with a wide range of banking inquiries, including account balances, transaction details, product information, and general service-related questions.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, problems, or account discrepancies promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with relevant departments to escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our banking products and services, staying updated on any changes, updates, or new offerings. Proactively share this knowledge with customers, making appropriate recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Provide clear and concise information, actively listen to customers' needs, and respond in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compliance and Security: Adhere to established banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain customer privacy and data security. Stay informed about the latest industry guidelines and best practices related to customer service and data protection.
  • Documentation and Administration: Accurately record and maintain customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Complete necessary administrative tasks promptly and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
